Quantity Surveyor ( 5days/Center/$3500)

Responsibilities

Lead feasibility studies, cost estimation, and budgeting for construction projects
Manage tendering, contract negotiation, and procurement processes
Oversee preparation of bills of quantities and contract documentation
Control project costs, including risk, value engineering, and variation management
Provide expert advice on contractual, legal, and compliance matters, including dispute resolution
Coordinate stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Construction Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience
Strong expertise in cost management, contract administration, and construction law
Proven ability in stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving
