Compensation Options – Choose What Works for You
Tiered Per-Visit Pay
• $40–$55 per visit, depending on weekly visit volume
• Higher tiers unlock increased per-visit pay
• Paid for up to 2 unreplaced cancellations per month

Coverage Area
Patients are located throughout Rockland County, NY, depending on the clinician's location. There will also be patients at a facility in Port Jervis. Coverage zones are designed to minimize travel and support efficient scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients in the home health setting
- Implement individualized plans of care
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Complete documentation in the EMR system (HelloNote experience is a plus)
Qualifications
- Active New York Occupational Therapist Assistant license
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Reliable transportation for home visits
- Strong communication and a patient-centered mindset
- New graduates encouraged to apply
