Compensation Options – Choose What Works for You

Tiered Per-Visit Pay
• $40–$55 per visit, depending on weekly visit volume
• Higher tiers unlock increased per-visit pay
• Paid for up to 2 unreplaced cancellations per month

Coverage Area

Patients are located throughout Rockland County, NY, depending on the clinician's location. There will also be patients at a facility in Port Jervis. Coverage zones are designed to minimize travel and support efficient scheduling.


Responsibilities

  • Treat patients in the home health setting
  • Implement individualized plans of care
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
  • Educate patients and caregivers
  • Complete documentation in the EMR system (HelloNote experience is a plus)


Qualifications

  • Active New York Occupational Therapist Assistant license
  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Reliable transportation for home visits
  • Strong communication and a patient-centered mindset
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
