Counter Service Crew (Part time to Full time)

Job Summary

The Counter Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, handling cashier duties, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the outlet.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and respond promptly to inquiries to deliver excellent customer service
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages accurately following outlet standards to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
  • Operate the cashier system efficiently to process payments and issue receipts with accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service counter, dining area, and equipment to meet health and safety standards
  • Coordinate with team members to support smooth daily operations and timely service delivery
  • Stand for extended periods during shifts to maintain service presence
  • Work effectively during weekends and public holidays to meet operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Food Safety Course Level 1 certified (preferred)
  • Prior experience in F&B or retail service is an advantage
  • Training will be provided for candidates without experience

Other Information

Salary Range (Singapore Market 2026)

  • Full-Time: SGD 2,000 – SGD 2,600
  • Part-Time: SGD 10 – SGD 15 per hour

Starting as Part-timer for 3-6 months and then to Full time
