Job Summary

The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting smooth front-of-house operations, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.


Key Responsibilities


1. Customer Service • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service. • Take accurate food and beverage orders. • Serve orders promptly and check guest satisfaction.

2. Operations Support • Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and properly set up. • Assist in restocking service stations and supplies. • Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned.

3. Teamwork • Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth service flow. • Support colleagues during busy periods. • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams.

4. Compliance & Safety • Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times. • Use equipment and utensils properly and carefully. • Report any issues or guest concerns to the supervisor.
