Credit Management Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative support in refunding drivers on cashless transactions
• To provide administrative support to drivers for account closing
• Create refund & collection from drivers through Giro Account
• To deal with daily recon issues
• Monitoring and recovery of debts from drivers
• To ensure drivers owing outstanding rental & debts pay accordingly
• To assist in repo of taxi
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimally GCE 'O' or 'A' Levels
• Computer literate, good with microsoft office
• Team player
• Candidates with a driving license and TDVL will be advantageous
