Job Responsibilities:

To provide counter registration and administrative support at Training Hub.

  • Tally of payment, SkillsFuture claim, invoice submissions
  • Logistic support of training operations
  • Liaison with external agencies on documents and submissions
  • Follow-ups with trainees on document submission or claim issues etc
  • Answering to telephone and email enquiries on training course
  • Front counter duties handling customer query on training course
  • Any adhoc duties assign

Job Requirements

  • Minimally GCE 'O' Level
  • IT Knowledge, Microsoft Office skills (especially in Excel)
  • Digital Website, i.e Skills Future Claims
  • Candidates who are bi-lingual will be advantageous
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
