Cust Exp Specialist

Job Description- Customer Experience Specialist.

  • Interacts with customers/Business to solve the issue related to billing & PR process for smooth flow of process.
  • Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle calls with business and supporting teams to ensure quick resolution
  • Develops and maintains positive customer relations.
  • Coordinates w/ various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Substantially impacts the relationship between Honeywell and the customer.
  • Process Day to Day Order/Billings/PR
  • Clear Backlogs and do backlog management
  • Respond Customer Queries and Claims.
  • Collaborate with different cross functions for Customer Resolutions and Process Improvement.
  • Work with Dispute Team to manage the disputes

Skills Required:

  • Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Highly adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Encourage & Follow Honeywell Behavior/policies.
  • SAP- Order Management
  • Salesforce | Case Management
  • O2C knowledge
  • MS Excel
