Salary: Up $2800+AWS

Working Days: 5.25 days per week (Office hours)

Location: Queenstown

We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Customer Care Officer to join our automotive call centre team. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Duties:

  • Handle incoming calls, manage customer enquiries, and provide accurate information on products and services

  • Route calls to the appropriate departments efficiently

  • Serve as the first point of contact for bookings and appointments, ensuring a positive customer experience

  • Explain vehicle warranty details, maintenance requirements, and key features clearly to customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or call centre environment is highly advantageous.
