Salary: Up to $2,800 + AWS
Location: Queenstown
Working Days: 5.25 days (Office Hours)

Key Duties:

  • Handle incoming calls, manage enquiries and provide accurate information
  • Route calls to the appropriate departments efficiently
  • Act as first point of contact for bookings while ensuring a positive customer experience

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is highly advantageous
