Customer Experience Officer (Music Education Industry)

We are looking for a cheerful and customer-oriented Customer Experience Officer to support daily centre operations, engage with students and parents, and contribute to enrolment growth through excellent service and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and professional front-desk support to students, parents, and walk-in customers
  • Handle course enquiries, class registrations, scheduling, and payment collection
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Recommend suitable music programmes and support enrolment conversions through soft-selling
  • Support daily administrative and operational duties within the centre
  • Coordinate lesson schedules, classroom arrangements, and teacher allocations
  • Assist with centre events, performances, workshops, and promotional activities
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve enquiries in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N/O Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, education, enrichment, or sales-related environments will be advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable interacting with children, students, and parents
  • Service-oriented with a positive attitude and customer engagement abilities
  • Able to commit to weekend work
