Customer Operations & Admin Executive
Job Description:
Customer Operations (70%)
1. Customer Renewals Management
- Proactively track upcoming contract renewals and reaching out to customers at least 60-90 days before expiration
- Process renewals including quotations and contracts from start to completion
- Maintain renewal pipeline and provide renewal updates on a regular basis
- Maintain customer contracts and records in a timely and organized manner
- Coordinate between customers and internal teams (tech support, billing, sales)
- Achieve renewal targets of at least 80%
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Regular check-ins via email and phone with install base customers
- Address feedback and basic enquiries of install base customers appropriately
- Assess and route customer issues to respective ENX sales & technical team as required
- Identify Upsell/ Cross-sell opportunities based on customer usage, growth or needs
- Qualify leads and pass them on to Sales team for follow up
- Organize customer training sessions, including onboarding of new user/s from install base customers for training of ENX Sustainability Suite platform.
- Support Marketing Head in customer engagement initiatives to drive customer success function – identify opportunities for case studies, testimonials and organize customer events.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES (30%)
3. Vendor & Supplier Management
- Manage vendor & supplier database and pricing list
- Support procurement needs of ENX projects, working closely with sales and field engineer teams
- Handle RFQs and pricing, issue PO, track inbound deliveries
- Maintain inventory, record material drawdowns
- Track and record requests and termination of SIM cards for customers’ project deployment
4. Office and Facilities Management
- Manage office supplies and services related contracts, including facilities, cleaning and others
- Assist to organize company events or team activities when required
- And any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Role Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management/ Marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in a customer relationship management capacity
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and decision making within established guidelines
- Comfortable to work independently with minimal supervision
- Meticulous with very strong organizational skills to manage operations and administrative duties
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with multi stakeholders internally and externally
- Able to work with tight deadlines and perform under pressure with multiple priorities
