CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER

Role Summary
As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring prompt responses, smooth appointment coordination, and excellent customer experience while supporting international customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound enquiries (calls/messages) and provide professional responses.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules with clients and the sales team
  • Ensure accurate data entry, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Support lead engagement and proactive outreach to generate opportunities
  • Assist HOD in meeting sales targets and performance goals
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
