Customer Service Executive (WEST)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate product information, quotations, and updates on order status.
  • Process sales orders and coordinate with the logistics or warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service history within the CRM system.
  • Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and necessary documentation.
  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Sales Orders (SO), and coordinate delivery arrangements.
  • Organize installation and product demonstrations for packaging and warehousing machines and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new knowledge.
  • Positive work attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
