Customer Relationship Executive

Full-Time | Weekday Afternoons & Evenings + Weekends

Location: Serene Centre (Jalan Serene, Bukit Timah)

What You’ll Do

• Ensure smooth day-to-day centre and class operations
• Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and handle phone enquiries professionally
• Provide clear and warm course consultation to parent
• Handle customer feedback and follow through to resolution
• Liaise with teachers and parents on student progress in both English and Chinese
• Handles administrative tasks: student enrolment, fee collection, class scheduling, preparation of materials, etc.
• Support in marketing and programme ideation
• Maintain centre cleanliness and upkeep of the centre
  

What You’ll Bring

• Strong organisational and multi-tasking ability, proactiveness and positive attitude
• Confident communication and excellent service mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.), Canva
• Bilingual: Comfortable communicating in both English and Mandarin
• Able to work on weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends
• Diploma in Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant customer service, education centre, or front-desk experience an advantage
