We are a fast-growing food and wine distribution company in Singapore, supplying quality imported products to Hotels, restaurants and retailers.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants to grow with the company.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing daily customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Coordinating with warehouse and logistics for smooth deliveries

• Communicating with customers via phone, email & WhatsApp

• Preparing invoices, delivery orders and basic documentation

• Monitoring stock availability and updating customers
  

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Some experience in admin / customer service is a plus

• Comfortable using Outlook and basic systems

• Organised, responsible and able to multitask

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to work independently and take initiative
