Job description

  • Handling inbound calls regarding general enquiries.
  • Computer literature and provide administrative support.
  • Willing to work on 12 hours shift (Day)
  • Any others duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in call center or customer service environment
