Customer Service Assistant (Call Center, West)
Job description
- Handling inbound calls regarding general enquiries.
- Computer literature and provide administrative support.
- Willing to work on 12 hours shift (Day)
- Any others duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in call center or customer service environment
