ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Working Location: Clementi, Short working hours!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other platforms as necessary.
  • Processing and handling customers’ orders (including walk-in).
  • Assist with shipping and delivery activities.
  • Maintain company records, files, and databases.
  • Process invoices and expense reports.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and communication.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with admin related working experience an advantage

Remuneration:

-Basic Salary: $1700

-Flexible Working Hours:

****8.30AM-1.00PM (Monday to Friday) 8.30AM-12.30PM (Saturday)
