About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to support our daily logistics and customer service operations. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy coordination work, interacting with customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Coordinate local and cross-border shipments to ensure timely delivery
β’ Attend to customers' enquiries and provide operational support
β’ Liaise with customers, transport teams and internal departments on shipment arrangements
β’ Prepare daily and monthly operational reports
β’ Generate and reconcile billing reports accurately
β’ Attend customers' operational meetings when required
β’ Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers
β’ Maintain proper records and documentation
β’ Support administrative and operational duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
β’ Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents are welcome to apply
β’ Minimum 1β2 years of customer service, logistics coordination or administrative experience
β’ Experience in logistics, warehouse or supply chain industry will be an advantage
β’ Familiarity with S4 and WMS systems will be an added advantage
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
β’ Good communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Responsible, organised and customer-oriented
