About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to support our daily logistics and customer service operations. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy coordination work, interacting with customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

β€’ Coordinate local and cross-border shipments to ensure timely delivery

β€’ Attend to customers' enquiries and provide operational support

β€’ Liaise with customers, transport teams and internal departments on shipment arrangements

β€’ Prepare daily and monthly operational reports

β€’ Generate and reconcile billing reports accurately

β€’ Attend customers' operational meetings when required

β€’ Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers

β€’ Maintain proper records and documentation

β€’ Support administrative and operational duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

β€’ Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents are welcome to apply

β€’ Minimum 1–2 years of customer service, logistics coordination or administrative experience

β€’ Experience in logistics, warehouse or supply chain industry will be an advantage

β€’ Familiarity with S4 and WMS systems will be an added advantage

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

β€’ Good communication and interpersonal skills

β€’ Responsible, organised and customer-oriented
