4 Months Temp Patient Service Associate/Customer Service Officer (Healthcare, Clinics, Up to $10/H) #HCGE

Job Description:

- Providing frontline customer service and handling of any registrations, and appointments

- Working closely with the practitioners and nurses to provide excellent patient care

- Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses

- Attend to any requests, emails and phone enquiries

- Collectionof payments and basic admin duties

- Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

- Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any studies are encouraged to apply

- Able to commit a minimum of 3 months

- Experience in customer service preferred but not a must as training will be provided

- Office hours, 5.5 days

- Able to start immediately/on short notice
