Job Summary

Manage customer inquiries and order processing to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Respond to customer inquiries and process orders
  • Monitor order status, maintain and update all records

Required competencies and certifications

  • Min Secondary 4 and above.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems to manage order processing and reporting
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask to handle multiple customer orders and inquiries efficiently
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
