Job Summary
You will coordinate outsourced teachers, manage daily work schedules, support recruitment, maintain client relations, drive sales targets and report to management, contributing to operational excellence and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage a pool of Relief Teachers to ensure smooth daily staffing operations and service delivery.
- Schedule, deploy and assign Relief Teachers to client centres based on operational requirements.
- Guide, train and support Relief Teachers in the use of the company's staffing and attendance mobile application, ensuring proper adoption and compliance with processes.
- Provide first-level support to Relief Teachers by addressing app-related enquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating technical matters when necessary.
- Conduct interviews and support recruitment activities to attract and onboard qualified candidates.
- Manage client relationships by addressing feedback, resolving service issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor deployment fulfilment, attendance records, and operational performance to maintain service standards.
- Drive and achieve team operational and business targets in support of company objectives.
- Prepare and submit monthly operational reports to management for performance tracking and analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned to support business and operational needs.
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in computer use and quick to learn new systems
- Demonstrate responsibility, a positive attitude and strong ownership of tasks
- Exhibit good communication skills and a pleasant personality
- Available to stand by 24/7, including weekends and public holidays, with work-from-home support as needed
- Able to commence work on short notice
Other Information
- Location 2 minutes from MacPherson MRT
- Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Work Arrangement Weekend and public holiday (work-from-home support as required)
- Basic salary up to $2600, plus incentives upon confirmation, with earning potential of up to $3500 per month
