Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support daily customer communications, order coordination, and invoicing activities.

The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between customers, sales and other internal departments to ensure timely responses, smooth coordination, and accurate documentation. Candidates should be comfortable handling technical terminology related to industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.

- Evaluate customer specifications to determine feasibility of custom product design and equipment from the company product portfolio

- Coordinate and liaise with customers regarding quotations (RFQ), technical clarifications and order processing.

- Liaise closely with sales and operations to ensure smooth accurate operations and timely fulfillment.

- Handle customer complaints or service issues professionally and escalate when necessary

- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems accordingly.

- Assist in preparing quotations, supporting documentation and product technical support for customers.

* Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

* Diploma, or equivalent qualification

* Prior experience in customer service, sales coordination, or administrative roles preferred

* Experience in

collaborative engineering culture with strong regional and global support

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Organized, responsible, and able to multitask

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Positive attitude with willingness to learn
