Customer Service Coordinator
Job Descriptions:
- To oversee and manage the administrative and customer service team to ensure business needs are met effectively
- Manage incoming communications and correspondences (e.g. calls, emails)
- Coordinate between logistics and office to ensure smooth orders and deliveries to customers/ clients
- Preparing of month-end report
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by manager and management
Job Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Good planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
