Customer Service Coordinator

Job Descriptions:

  • To oversee and manage the administrative and customer service team to ensure business needs are met effectively
  • Manage incoming communications and correspondences (e.g. calls, emails)
  • Coordinate between logistics and office to ensure smooth orders and deliveries to customers/ clients
  • Preparing of month-end report
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by manager and management

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Good planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skillsDiscretion and confidentiality
  • Strong team player, resourceful and systematic
