Customer Service Executive (Invoicing)

The Customer Service Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:-

* Handling of all customers' (master/manager/owner or third party) invoicing process.

* Maintain system integrity regarding supply orders

* Financial responsibilities - Review and resolve customer/supplier invoice discrepancies

* Exercise responsibility for accurate and timely performance of all activities

* Assist in managing weekly order status reporting

* Provide administrative support for the Manager and Team Leader

* Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

* Working Hours: Tue - Sat 9 AM - 6 PM & Sun 9 AM - 1 PM, alternate Sun upon confirmation

Requirements:

  • Good spoken and written English
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
  • Able to work under constant deadline pressure
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
