Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and coordinate the movement of shipments based on customer/nominated office for export/import movement inclusive of booking confirmation and meeting customer’s requirements.
  • To provide timely, reliable, and complete update on status of orders to both customer/agents & the internal system.
  • To ensure shipping documents are prepared correctly and sent on time to customers and updating the internal system.
  • To offer sailing schedules and arrange booking with carrier, when required.
  • To prepare invoices timely to customers/agents timely.
  • To coordinate with depot & surveyor to ensure ISO tanks are ready for survey/collection.
  • Any other work assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
