Customer Service Executive (Part Time)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email & WhatsApp.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, quotations, and orders.
  • Follow up with customers on enquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Update customer records and ensure proper documentation filing.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM.
  • At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
  • Goo communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible, positive attitude, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
