Customer Service Executive (Retail)
Work Location: Ubi, Vertex
Key Roles
· Provide intuitive and enjoyable customer-centric services by interacting and providing appropriate advice to Customer’s need and enquiries with a professional disposition at all time.
· Ensure smooth overall operations, good visual presentation and cleanliness of the showroom.
· Manage samples and catalogue inventory in the showroom.
· Ensure all walk-in customers are well-attended to.
· Promote brand awareness and increase customer base in CRM.
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least GCE “N” Level and above
· Ability to think creatively and work independently
· Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.
· Candidates with showroom / customer service / frontline experience preferred.
· Required to work Retail Hours (Day), 5 Days Work Week (inclusive of Weekends and PH)
