Customer Service Officer cum Admin

Job Description

• Prepare and manage daily documents such as quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.

• Update job and project tracking sheets (e.g., installation schedules, servicing jobs).

• Assist in processing supplier orders, payments, and claims.

• Attend to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email.

• Handle after-sales service requests and plan the schedule.

• Plan, confirm, or adjust new client's installation dates; align schedules with internal team.

• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, or material shortages promptly; escalate issues when needed.

• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

• Coordinate with factory manager to order materials for ongoing projects or installations when required.

• Arrange logistics for picking up or sending out stocks and materials to job sites.

• Work closely with the installation team to manage daily work schedules and logistics.


Qualifications

• O Level, diploma equivalent or above.

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email)

• Good collaborative skills and a team player.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to start immediately
