Receptionist cum Admin Executive

Job Description

  • Greet and attend to Company's guests & walk-in guests and assist in serving beverages during the absence of Tea Lady and/or when required

  • Manage incoming calls, route them to the relevant departments appropriately and take detailed messages when needed

  • Handle incoming mails, invoices, courier services and deliveries

  • Maintain and update office records, files, databases, internal Company phone list

  • Keep track of stationery inventory and photocopier machine accessories; and make re-orders when required

  • Support the HR department in IT & administrative duties

  • Adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Preferably with relevant working experience as a receptionist

  • GCE 'N'/'O'/ITE graduates

  • Good personality and pleasant disposition

  • Good work attitude
