Job Summary

You will manage customer inquiries and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing, billing, and delivery while maintaining data accuracy and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to verify and process orders accurately for timely delivery
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to customer orders, billing, and inventory to support operational efficiency
  • Generate billing invoices and assist in compiling inventory and order reports to maintain accurate records
  • Enter and maintain precise data in internal customer and warehouse management systems to support business operations
  • Resolve customer issues effectively or escalate them appropriately to ensure timely solutions
  • Support daily operational tasks and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to contribute to team goals

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers

  • Working Hours: 8:00AM – 6:00PM
  • Working Location (on-site): Jurong East
