Customer Service Officer
Job Description
- Handle customer appointments booking, incoming call & register customers
- Handle check out transactions on the computer system
- Provide excellent customer service and treatment recommendation to customers
- Relationship building with existing and new customers to maximize sale opportunities
- Handle customer problem and feedback
- Deliver professional consultation and evaluation of customers’ needs
- Follow up consultation with customers with regards to their treatments and products purchased
Job Requirement
- Pleasant personality and have great patience
- Able to handle counter system
- Good in communication
- Relevant work experience preferred
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
