Customer Service Officer

Job Summary:

In this role as a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, providing exceptional service and support, as well as handling a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Relationship Management:

· Develop strong product knowledge to make appropriate recommendations to our customers.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

· Deliver a professional and high-quality service experience in customer-facing roles.

· Identify customer needs and ensure they are addressed to maintain a consistently high level of service and satisfaction.

· Responding to enquiries by phone, email, and meeting walk‑in visitors with professionalism and care.

· Arrange and coordinate trial lessons for prospective students in a professional and timely manner.

Administrative & Operational Support:

· Enrol new students and maintain an up-to-date student database.

· Maintain the orderliness of the centre to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.

· Liaise with vendors to order supplies and coordinate necessary services.

· Perform any other reasonable tasks or duties to support the smooth operation of the Centre.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Words, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Good interpersonal and multi-task skills.

· Willing to learn and long-term work /develop in the organization.

· Minimum1-year customer service/administrative experience is preferred.

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
