Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

· Conduct sales call professionally to promote our Company’s brand, products, treatments, and services to prospective customer through conversations and dialogues.

. Proactively provide after-sales support and attend to customers' queries/

complaints when necessary to maintain a long-term relationship and ensure repeated business from existing customers.

· Build good rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Ensure all activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality standards.

· Any other relevant job duties assigned.

Requirements:

· Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards.

. Preferably have 1 year customer service /telemarketer experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
