As a Data Analytics Tester Senior Associate- Operate, you will play a pivotal role in our Software and Product Innovation team, focusing on Testing and Quality Assurance. You will be responsible for delivering client-focused solutions within our Technology Consulting practice, leveraging your skills to analyze complex problems and develop high-quality deliverables. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate ambiguity to deliver quality work. You will guide and mentor others, using your technical strengths to uphold professional standards and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive testing and quality assurance for software and product innovation projects
- Implementing automation testing strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Managing defect identification and resolution processes to maintain software quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align testing methodologies with agile product management practices
- Developing and executing test cases and scenarios to validate software functionality and performance
- Utilizing analytical thinking to diagnose and troubleshoot software issues effectively
- Overseeing the documentation of testing processes and results to support continuous improvement
- Applying quality assurance best practices to validate system reliability and performance
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to refine testing approaches and methodologies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
