Senior ManagerJob Description & Summary
About the Role:
Data underpins insight, operational effectiveness, and scalable AI, automation, and self-service analytics across Business Solutions. Growing global and functional initiatives are driving converging demands for stronger data capability, yet challenges in quality, visibility, and accessibility constrain delivery. With no single mechanism to align and prioritise these needs, the Data Enablement Lead acts as a central integrator—shaping a clear, prioritised roadmap and driving delivery at pace. This role requires a high-performing transformation leader with strong data fluency, able to connect competing demands, provide strategic direction, and ensure accountable execution through Tech Catalyst while balancing ambition with pragmatic outcomes.
What your days will look like:
Act as the central point for converging data demands, translating firmwide and functional needs into a clear, prioritised roadmap for Business Solutions.
Define and drive foundational data enablement, ensuring robust data quality, accessibility, definitions, and architecture to support scalable digital capabilities.
Mobilise delivery through Tech Catalyst, engaging data teams and subject matter experts with clear accountability and ownership.
Establish effective ways of working, align senior stakeholders, and drive cultural change to enable coordinated delivery, measurable progress, and sustained data literacy.
This role is for you if:
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programmes, delivering outcomes at pace in fast-moving environments.
Strong data fluency, with the credibility to challenge priorities, identify misalignment, and shape effective data-driven solutions.
Ability to operate across both strategic and delivery levels, turning ambiguity and complexity into clear, actionable plans.
Demonstrated track record of mobilising teams and driving progress through influence, collaboration, and strong stakeholder relationships.
Confident engagement with senior stakeholders, maintaining alignment across competing priorities and driving informed decision-making.
Experience driving cultural change, including improving data literacy and adoption, with the judgement to balance ongoing activity with the need for alignment.
What you’ll receive from us:
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
