Dental Customer Service Executive (Front Desk Lead)

Job Responsibilities

Front Desk & Patient Service

  • Welcome and register patients professionally

  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, email and walk-in enquiries

  • Provide excellent patient service and support

  • Maintain a clean, tidy and professional reception and waiting area

  • Handle patient feedback and escalate issues appropriately

Appointment & Doctor Schedule Support

  • Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments accurately

  • Monitor appointment books and support doctor slot utilisation

  • Follow up on no-shows and available slots

  • Support treatment continuation and follow-up appointments

Billing & Claims

  • Prepare accurate billing and ensure charges are billed correctly according to treatment and clinic SOP

  • Collect payments and support CHAS, MediSave and insurance-related matters

  • Ensure accurate documentation and payment handling

Laboratory & Operations Support

  • Coordinate laboratory case collection and delivery

  • Follow up on outstanding cases

  • Support daily clinic workflow and SOP implementation

Team Support

  • Guide and support junior front desk staff

  • Support onboarding and training of new staff

  • Raise operational issues early for resolution

Requirements

● Minimum 2 years customer service / front desk experience preferred

● Dental / medical clinic experience preferred

● Good communication and interpersonal skills

● Organised, meticulous and able to multitask

● Comfortable using clinic software and computer systems

● Team lead / supervisory experience is an advantage

Work Location: Forum, Orchard Road

Working Hours:

Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm

Sat: 9am – 1pm

Sun & PH Off
