Deputy General Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and administrative matters

  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external parties

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and requirements are met

  • Prepare reports, documents, and operational records

  • Handle manpower coordination and site-related matters when required

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience in construction / manpower management is an advantage
