Deputy Operations Director

Key Responsibilities

· Support the Senior Operations and Operations Director in overseeing daily operational activities.

· Ensure smooth and efficient execution of company processes and workflows.

· Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures.

· Monitor departmental performance and recommend improvements for productivity and efficiency.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

· Supervise managers and team personnel to ensure operational targets are met.

· Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management.

· Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and cost-control initiatives.

· Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

· Support staff development, training, and performance management.

· Step in for the Senior Operations and Operations Director as and when required.

Requirements / Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

· Proven experience in operations management or senior supervisory role.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

· Good understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and performance monitoring.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.

· Experience in process improvement and change management is an advantage.

· Able to strategic think with strong execution skills.

· Detail-oriented and highly organized.

· Able to make sound decisions independently.

· Results-driven with a pro-active mindset.

· Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
