Deputy Project Manager (Ref 26453)
Responsibilities:
- Contractual interface between the customer.
- Managing customers’ expectations and the relationship with clients and stakeholders.
- Managing cost and profitability, scheduling of projects and resource planning.
- Manage and control quality.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Plan resources availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Vendors sourcing and evaluation. Negotiation with suppliers.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Project Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or an equivalent discipline.
- Experience in Project Management, IT Management Systems deployment, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of system-related experience in CCTV / VMS installation, IT (VAPT etc), infrastructure, software integration
- Strong interpersonal skills with good organisational and coordination abilities.
