Design & Build Architectural Coordinator (CONQUAS Building)x2

Key Responsibilities

• Project Supervision & Scheduling: Manage architectural work schedules, material procurement, and cost control in alignment with the master project program. Supervise day-to-day site progress to ensure works are on track.

• Technical Coordination: Study architectural drawings and proactively coordinate with consultants, Civil & Structural (C&S) teams, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) teams, and System-Wide Contractors (SWCs) to resolve technical or site constraints.

• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all architectural works strictly adhere to project specifications, design drawings, and authority requirements. Prepare for and coordinate quality management assessments, including CONQUAS.

• Subcontractor & Management Liaison: Supervise and inspect work performed by subcontractors. Keep the Project Manager and Project Director closely informed of any technical hitches or site anomalies.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Actively manage and foster positive, collaborative relationships between the project team, clients, subcontractors, local communities, and external regulatory bodies.

• Construction Management: Assist in implementing, monitoring, and updating the overall construction management plan.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (ideally recognized by the Board of Architects / BOA).

• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience working with a main contractor, specifically on Design & Build building projects.

• Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of architectural specifications, as well as a solid understanding of Architectural & MEP coordination.

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm (1 Sat off per month).

• Personal Attributes: Highly proactive, adaptable to fast-paced site environments, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
