Design & Sustainability Manager (Architectural)

We are looking for a senior Design & Sustainability Manager to join Meinhardt's Strategic Business Group in Singapore. With a strong architecture background, LEED AP accreditation, and a proven track record on LEED-certified projects, you will be embedded within the project management team — driving design quality, coordinating consultants, and ensuring sustainability outcomes are delivered across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and external consultant appointments across all project stages.

• Act as the primary interface between the client, design consultants, and Meinhardt's internal project team.

• Champion sustainability integration from concept through to completion, including green building certification (LEED, BREEAM).

• Review and comment on design deliverables, ensuring alignment with project brief, programme, and sustainability targets.

• Chair design management meetings, track design progress, and resolve coordination issues across disciplines.

• Support project leadership in managing scope, risk, and consultant performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture (or related design discipline); postgraduate sustainability qualification advantageous.

• LEED AP BD+C; Green Mark AP or BREEAM AP a plus.

• 10+ years' experience in architecture / design management, with hands-on experience delivering LEED-certified projects preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants on large-scale commercial, mixed-use, or institutional projects.

• Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating at senior management and client level.
