Digital Ambassador (3 months contract) #TNJHK

We are hiring digital ambassador to be outsourced to our clients

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with digital banking services and self-service transactions
• Guide customers on online banking and digital platform usage
• Support customers with form filling and general enquiries
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and document checking
• Assist with submission of online applications and financing requests
• Provide frontline support and customer service when required
