Digital Ambassador - Public Agency

We are looking for a team of Digital Ambassadors to support community engagement initiatives. This role focuses on promoting digital participation among residents, particularly seniors, through various outreach and support activities.

Contract Duration: 1 year
Location: Islandwide / 1 specific location
Salary: Up to $2,760/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with the community to promote participation in digital programmes and handle related enquiries
• Provide guidance and support for mobile application usage, registration, and onboarding processes
• Assist with event coordination and outreach activities at community venues
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Looking for:

• Singaporeans only
• Min GCE ‘O’ Level
• Tech-savvy individual with at least 1-2 years of customer service or related experience
• Able to perform simple data entry, attendance tracking and document updates
• Comfortable using mobile devices, tablets or basic digital systems/apps
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse community groups
