📍 Location: Islandwide
🗓️ Working Days: 5 days per week (including weekends, roster-based)
⏰ Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.30pm / 12.30pm – 10.00pm
💰 Salary: $2,760 per month
📆 Contract: 6 months (renewable up to another 6 months)

Key Responsibilities

• 👥 Engage residents at community events to promote digital participation programmes and mobile app usage
• 📱 Provide 1-to-1 support for app registration, setup, and navigation
• 🧭 Conduct briefings and assist with onboarding activities
• 💬 Respond to enquiries and coordinate on-site arrangements with stakeholders, staff, and volunteers
• 📝 Maintain participation records and prepare basic activity reports
• 🗂️ Support administrative and operational tasks as required

Requirements

• 🇸🇬 Singapore Citizen only
• 📚 Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
• 💼 At least 1 year of customer service or relevant experience
• 📲 Comfortable using tablets and digital devices
• 🤝 Good communication and interpersonal skills
