Digital Marketing & Content Executive
About the Role
We are a fast-growing multi-brand business operating across Singapore and the region, with portfolios spanning B2B commercial products and a premium classic automotive import and trading business. We are looking for a driven, creative, and self-motivated Digital Marketing & Content Executive to own our digital presence end-to-end across multiple brands and platforms.
This is not a desk job. You will be on the ground filming, directing, and editing content, as well as managing the full social media and content marketing function with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities
Short-Form Video & Reels
- Independently conceptualise, film, direct, and edit Reels and TikTok videos across multiple brand accounts
- Conduct on-location shoots at workshops, warehouses, events, and partner facilities
- Develop a consistent visual and narrative style for each brand that is authentic and platform-native
- Stay ahead of trending formats, audio, and creative hooks to maximise organic reach
- Manage the full post-production workflow including editing, captioning, subtitling, and publishing
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts across all brands
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar covering all platforms and brands
- Write compelling captions and copy tailored to each brand's voice and audience
- Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions promptly and professionally
- Proactively engage with relevant communities, accounts, and trending conversations to grow organic reach
- Monitor and manage brand reputation across all social channels
Content Marketing & Blogging
- Research, write and publish regular long-form blog posts and articles for the company website
- Develop SEO-optimised content to drive organic website traffic
- Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized social assets across platforms
- Maintain a content library of photography, video, and written assets organised and accessible
Graphic Design & Visual Assets
- Produce static and animated graphic assets for posts, stories, reels covers, and marketing collateral
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs in line with established brand guidelines
- Design basic marketing materials including flyers, digital banners, and presentation decks when required
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns from brief to post-campaign analysis
- Coordinate with management, external vendors, workshops, and partners for campaign shoots and activations
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) including audience targeting, budget allocation, and creative testing
- Support product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns with targeted digital content
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyse, and report monthly on key performance metrics across all platforms including follower growth, reach, impressions, engagement rate, click-through rate, and lead generation
- Derive actionable insights from data to continuously optimise content strategy and posting cadence
- Monitor competitor accounts and industry trends to identify content gaps and opportunities
- Provide regular recommendations to management on platform strategy and emerging channels
General Marketing Support
- Liaise with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and printers when required
- Support management with ad hoc marketing, communications, and administrative tasks
- Execute on management directions promptly and independently without requiring repeated follow-up
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation preferred, but fresh grads are still welcome to apply
- Proven track record of independently producing Reels or TikTok content, portfolio or active accounts required at application
- Proficient in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or equivalent)
- Strong copywriting skills in English across both formal and conversational registers
- Comfortable on-camera and directing others on-camera when required
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership without waiting to be directed
- Comfortable working across diverse industries and adapting tone and content style accordingly
