We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

✅ Manage daily company operations

✅ Develop and execute business growth strategies

✅ Lead sales, marketing, and project teams

✅ Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners

✅ Monitor project performance and ensure service quality

✅ Recruit, train, and develop team members

✅ Achieve company revenue and growth targets

Requirements

✔ Management or related field

✔ Minimum 3 years management experience

✔ Strong leadership and communication skills

✔ Sales and business development experience preferred

✔ Familiar with Digital Marketing, Social Media or AI Marketing is an advantage

✔ Self-motivated, responsible and results-oriented

✔ Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred
