DIGITIAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan,execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various onlineplatforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid mediamanagement, performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign analysis todrive business growth and maximize return on advertising spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Management
- Plan, create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives to achieve KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Strategy & Market Research
- Develop audience targeting strategies to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Content & Creative Coordination
- Work closely with designers and content creators to develop effective advertising creatives and landing pages.
- Provide recommendations on ad messaging, visual assets, and conversion-focused content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all paid marketing campaigns
Lead Generation & ConversionOptimization
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to support sales and business objectives.
- Optimize landing pages and customer journeys to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to monitor lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid advertising platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and data reporting.
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and tagging implementation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
