DIGITIAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan,execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various onlineplatforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid mediamanagement, performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign analysis todrive business growth and maximize return on advertising spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising Management

  • Plan, create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives to achieve KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.
  • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Strategy & Market Research

  • Develop audience targeting strategies to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Work closely with designers and content creators to develop effective advertising creatives and landing pages.
  • Provide recommendations on ad messaging, visual assets, and conversion-focused content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all paid marketing campaigns

Lead Generation & ConversionOptimization

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to support sales and business objectives.
  • Optimize landing pages and customer journeys to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to monitor lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid advertising platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and data reporting.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and tagging implementation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
