And we will be very happy if you come to be part of our story.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesYou will be responsible for class teaching, content preparation and student management in school environments following RED HOUSE's pedagogical plan:Deliver engaging and academically rigorous learning experiences aligned with RED HOUSE’s pedagogical philosophy and curriculum framework;Demonstrate strong understanding of the school’s educational approach and learning expectations for the Diploma Programme;Monitor and support students’ academic progress, collecting evidence of learning and identifying strategies to enhance student performance;Collaborate with the academic coordination and colleagues to promote high levels of student engagement and achievement;Design and implement differentiated instructional strategies that support diverse learning needs;Assess student learning using appropriate assessment practices, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement;Maintain accurate and organized student records, grades, and academic documentation, in accordance with school policies and regulations;Support the development of students’ critical thinking, autonomy, and academic responsibility;Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic growth;Communicate relevant information about students’ academic progress to the coordination and participate in discussions regarding student development;Participate in academic meetings, professional development sessions, and training opportunities promoted by the school;Collaborate with colleagues and members of the educational team, sharing relevant information to support student success;Ensure alignment with RED HOUSE policies and guidelines, including the Language Policy, Teachers’ Handbook, and Assessment Policy;Meet institutional deadlines and contribute to the preparation of academic documentation when required;Perform other related duties as assigned by the academic coordination.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEducationLanguages & LiteratureLanguage AcquisitionMathematicsSciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)Individuals & Societies (History, Geography, Global Politics, etc.)Arts (Visual Arts, Music, Theatre)Physical & Health EducationTechnology / DesignExperience: 2 years of experience with the Diploms Program, diserable;Classroom managementLanguages: Proficiency in EnglishSpecific Technical Knowledge:BilingualismMicrosoft OfficeDesirable Knowledge:IB MethodologySoft Skills and Values:Digital ThinkingCaring ProfileInterpersonal RelationshipsConflict ManagementCreativityCollaborationAutonomyProactivityInformações adicionais
